Newman & Hall is an ethical and affordable vintage retail experience and strives to be the solution for textile waste and fast fashion. Through a sustainable production, each year we sort, clean and save thousands of fashionable vintage items from being trashed. In addition, our company donates new textiles to the right hands in our local community. Our objective is to provide our customers with a product that is cost effective, convenient and environmentally sound as possible.

We are here to recycle clothing that was worn, thrown away, over produced and never sold, or old and long forgotten about. We believe vintage clothing can enhance individual expression, reduce our footprint and come free of hefty price tags. We are taking an alternative approach to vintage fashion by helping consumers make educated choices on their purchases, feel confident in their wardrobe and save money.

CLEANING

We take great measures to keep our vintage items in their best condition possible. Every garment in the shop is professionally sanitized and steamed. Then hand packaged with care in a resealable, reusable plastic bag for safety during storage and shipment.

SIZING

Promoting the Individual

Since we believe there is no single, standard beauty that our customers should adhere to, clothing is not displayed on models. We believe in honest representation of our goods, with no gimmicks or marketing ploys to make items appear different or better than they actually are. We don't want to sell you an image or a trendy ideal. Our current objective is to provide the most affordable fashions for those who's main desire is to express their individualism without having to rely on fast fashion.

The reality is that most can't afford high end clothing but that doesn't mean people don't deserve it. By shopping pre-owned with Newman & Hall, you can shop the same designer labels for less and the vintage inspirations behind modern trends.

Providing for the Community

In addition to our fair prices, we contribute to local charity organizations and community thrift stores. Garments are given away for free or for a nominal fee to those that need them while curbing the amount of waste our community produces. By working together, we all can benefit.

Newman & Hall is currently working on new initiatives to give back to our community. One of which compensates people in our local community for their used clothing, an idea we hope will transform how people recycle. We hope to provide flat rate compensation for your used clothing. Promoting Ethical Consumerism

Products should be created with a conscious thought towards the environment and human rights, not the success of a corporation. This is not the case in today's world. Clothing is manufactured and distributed before the garment ever hits the market. Often, this creates an overabundance of wasted products. These unused, wasted goods can end up in thrift stores, liquidation centers and even landfills.

Our goal to become an online resource for used clothing to reduce the trash of large corporations. Newman & Hall will never manufacture or create goods with the sole purpose of profit, image or status. Only garments that were created for one purpose and never used for that purpose, or were used but no longer serve their original purpose will be sold either directly or through upcycled efforts.

The current system is dependent on new trends and clothing is either forgotten about or trashed year after year, season after season. It is important that we realize our purchases, especially those with the most affordable price-tag, has an affect on our planet. We must realize that the garment industry has exhausted resources. We are on a mission to end the cyclical destruction of the fashion world, consistent consumption and the use of finite resources.
